Hoje 10/08/2011, foi a minha pericia pela UNIMED e graças a deus deu tudo certinho!
Já estou com a guia de autorização liberada para internar!
Amanha tenho consulta com o anestesista, tenho que passar no hospital para dar entrada com os papeis e passar no consultorio do cirurgiao para pegar a receita da medicação que terei que tomar 1 dia antes da cirurgia!! Minha manhã será corrida!!!

O meu caso foi tranquilo! Eu pesava 115,5kg com 1,62. meu IMC tava alto!
Fui no cirurgiao por indicação de uma amiga e ele simplesmente me passou as coordenadas dos laudos exames, etc..
Corri atras de tudo (demorou uns 3 meses aprox) e eu ja tava com tudo em maos.
Passei pela pericia, anestesista e operei!
SUCESSO!!!!
Na duvida... va a um cirurgiao que atenda pelo plano e pergunte tudo! Todos os procedimentos!
Eu demorei 2 anos pra ter coragem de fazer a cirurgia e quando resolvi que realmente ia operar eu levei uma folha com varias perguntinhas... rsrs e ainda fui anotando as respostas pra ler em casa e analisar minha decisao!

Vamos lá...
Eu decidi fazer a cirurgia, após inumeras tentativas de dietas e reeducação alimentar! Algumas vezes com sucesso, mas o sucesso era momentaneo. O efeito sanfona me rondava!
Entao decidi partir para a bariatrica atraves da indicação de uma amiga de serviço e que tava recem operada.Consultei com o cirurgiao, mas demorei 2 anos para criar coragem. Pois sempre achei a gastro uma cirurgia muito agressiva, etc..
Vi uma reportagem esses dias que pelo SUS a idade minima passou para 16 anos (acho que é isso mesmo.. nao me recordo bem).
Mas é o que eu sempre digo... Cada caso é um caso! Cada blog voce vai ler coisas parecidas, mas nao iguais ao extremo!
A minha indicação é ir a um cirurgiao confiavel e de preferencia de indicação e converse sem compromisso... leve um papel com todas duvidas anotadinhas e nao tenha medo de perguntar! Afinal, é uma escolha para a vida toda!

Eu estou me tratando lá e ja comecei a fazer os exames pré-operatórios.
O plano cobre a cirurgia bariátrica (por vídeo) e mais duas cirurgias plásticas reparadoras (mas é bom deixar claro que dependendo do caso, pode ser preciso mais cirurgias plásticas e as excedentes ficam por conta do paciente).
Eu gostei muito do Cirurgião ( Dr. Luiz Felipe Osório) e do estilo de tratamento, que é baseado em muita INFORMAÇÃO!

Excluirhoje em dia tem 2 anos de carência para a bariatrica por ser uma doença pré existente, meu marido fez o plano e em maio 2013 completa dois anos , ele já esta no pré operatório examese etc. vai ser um sucesso em nome de jesus, enquanto esperavamos a carência ele foi tratando com nutricionista tentando emagrecer passou super rapido os dois anos , não desista vai em frente e boa sorte.

Olá Paula...estou na reta final dos exames, meu plano é unimed curitiba empresarial...estou com medo que não seja liberada pois faz 5 meses que fiz o plano...já tinha antes, mas cancelei e fiquei 6 meses sem e só depois fiz novamente...Quanto tempo vc tinha de plano?Ouvi dizer que a carência é de 2 anos :(...estou preocupada...

ResponderExcluirVi seu blog procurando pela pericia da Unimed. Moro em Campinas-SP E hj é a minha perícia. Estou com 101, 5kg e tenho 1, 59 cm de altura. Meu imc tá 39, 5. Mas embora esteja confiante de que vai dar tudo certo, estou com uma pontinha de insegurança qto a aprovação da perícia.
